Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Perform support / administration duty on infrastructure including system /networking
  • Perform IT helpdesk support including call handling, follow-up action, coordination and escalation
  • Monitor the IT System health status, network performance and security control
  • Resolve and report any issue encounter to supervisor
  • Working with development and operation team to maintain tools for deployment, monitoring, and operations.
  • Test the web-based application system for enhancement and bug fixing 
  • Assist in daily administrative duties

Job requirement:

  • Higher Diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology or equivalent discipline;
  • Knowledge in Azure, AWS or Aliyun Cloud Service providers.
  • Experience of working with Continuous Integration, Continuous Delivery and continuous testing tools will be advantages.
  • Experience working within an Agile environment.
  • Good problem-solving skill for handling system operations issue.
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills, self-motivated, detail minded and result oriented.
  • Able to work independently and meet tight schedule. 
  • 1 years’ experience, fresh graduates are also welcome
