#### Position Description:


For R&D Lenovo, we are hiring a Technical Leader for DCG projects who will
implement software solutions and guide projects team members to achieve
project goals.
Our technical leader will collaborate with DCG team and Partners to deliver
proof-of-concept projects and support lead implementation projects.

#### Position Requirements:


Experience in Agile Development, with specific Solution Architect (or similar)
experience preferred;
Experience and ability to drive software engineering lifecycle best practices;
Experience managing technical priorities within the Backlog;
Proven track record of strong verbal/written communication & data presentation
skills, including an ability to effectively communicate with both business and
technical teams across the world in English;
Strong communication skills with the ability to align the organization on
complex technical decisions;
Strong understanding of cloud and software defined storage;
Protocol validation, packet tracing, etc.;
FW issues in servers / adapters;
Drivers and driver–OS interaction problems;
Scripting / programming experience C, Python, java, etc.;
Experience with Server storage;
Experience with Storage virtualization;
Experience with Internal storage, RAID, SAS, SATA, NVME, ETC;
Experience with External Storage SAN, FC, FCoE, external SAS, iSCSI, NVMEoFC;
Experience with Networking;
Experience with Ethernet, InfiniBand, RDMA, virtualization;
Experience with Packet level debug;
Experience with Software defined storage solutions (Clarion, Cloudian, etc.);
Experience with Automation scripting / programming experience C, Python, java,
etc.;
Experience with Specification / product validation;
Experience with Lead outsourced team and software developers;
Experience with Server Operating System experience VMware: VCP6-DCV,
VCIX6-DCV;
Experience with Nutanix: NCP, NCAP strongly preferred;
Experience with Red Hat: RHCSA, RHCE, RHCA (Datacenter, Cloud);
Experience with SUSE: CLA, CLP;
Experience with Microsoft: MCSA and MCSE certifications (server operating
systems, infrastructure, and cloud);
Language: English speaking and written skills required (Fluent);
