• Participate in recruitment process involving sourcing, screening, and selection of ideal individuals
• Source directly top talent using a variety of creative techniques and figure out passive candidates via different platforms
• Manage the recruiting pipeline including determining resources status and needs, coordinating recruiting events and sourcing activities, assessing, and managing referral processes
• Create, build, and maintain networks of potential passive candidates to fill future anticipated and planned roles
• Formulate and implement other HR initiatives and projects as and when directed by the Management

Job Requirements

• Good university degree, at least 2 year full-time Tech recruitment experience, in-house or headhunting
• Hands-on hiring in Internet/AI positions, e.g. Algorithm Engineer, PHP C++ C# Python Developer, Web Developer etc.
• Independent, creative and with strong sense of responsibility
• Positive working attitude and a quick learner
• Independent, analytical, resourceful, meticulous and able to multitask and work within timeline
