Job Description:
We are seeking a motivated individual with a background in science or engineering to join our team as a **Technical Support and Project Manager**. This position offers opportunities for international exposure, including short-term assignments in the United States or India (1–2 months).

Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for visual systems and automation projects.
- Assist in project planning, scheduling, and execution to ensure timely delivery.
- Act as a liaison between our technical teams and clients to address project needs and expectations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve product performance and resolve challenges.
- Prepare technical documentation, reports, and project updates.

Requirements:
- Nationality: Indian.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree or higher in a science or engineering discipline.
- Work Experience: No prior experience required; fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- Skills:
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent communication skills in English. Proficiency in Hindi or other Indian languages is a plus.
- Familiarity with technical tools or software (e.g., C++, project management tools) is advantageous but not mandatory.
- Flexibility:
- Willingness to be based in Suzhou, China.
- Availability for short-term international travel (1–2 months).
