Description:


Business Requirements Management & Delivery
-Deeply understand business process that support business requirement analysis 
-Analyze new demand by close collaboration with technical team/vendor and provide solid result for budget approval in SOB / CPPB meetings
-Own and manage the system delivery pipeline and regular review with stakeholders to provide full transparency and get alignment
-Lead integration test and user acceptance test according to go-live plan
-Coordinate cross team topics and drive to achieve the final goal



Solution & Technology Management

-Take full responsibility of solution and design for business requirements and determine the steps to achieve best practice and maximum return-on-investment
-Lead discussion with business, technical team, vendor and architect, identify the best fit technologies for implementation and align with business process as well as IT strategy 
-Proactively communicate with architecture team regarding global trending technology stacks in Daimler group and analyze current application status quo to identify potential upgrade opportunity and avoid from violating Daimler guideline and policy
-Continuedly contribute to 5 joint priority KPI during each delivery


Operational Excellence thru Digital Transformation 

-Analyze IT processes in order to identify potential digital transformation and automation opportunities
- In-depth investigation for improvement of operational excellence
