Client: A Leading Shipping and Logistic Service Company

Position: Technical Analyst (Blockchain / Application Development / VMware)

Responsibilities:

Our client is looking for a number of Technical Analysts respectively responsible for various technical areas.

Blockchain:

• Design, develop and implement cross-domain solutions using a mixture of agile and planned methods
• Liaise with internal IT across different geographic locations, customer technical teams and partners to deliver the solutions

Application Development

• Analyze user requirements, perform feasibility studies and impact analysis
• Design and develop scalable and reliable software systems
• Work with project teams across different geographic locations to perform system integration, testing, deployment and release

VMware

• Implement and support the mission critical enterprise system and infrastructures including VMware, HCI and Hadoop platforms in Data Centers
• Provide timely support, trouble shooting and implement the fixing in relevant platforms
• $30-45K, 5 day, 13-month pay, medical, bonus

Requirements

• University graduate in Computer Science, Information Technology, or relevant discipline
• Minimum 3 years' of relevant experience
• Proficiency in Cantonese, Mandarin and English is essential

Blockchain:

• Experience in modern paradigms, such as Cloud, DevOps and Agile
• Experience in Blockchain technology, such as Fabric Hyperledger
• Working knowledge of container technologies (e.g. Kubernetes, Docker), services, and API models (e.g. Swagger, OpenAPI)

Application Development

• Understanding of object-oriented programming principles and design
• Experience in programming Rich Internet Application (JavaScript, JSON, CSS, SOAP/RESTful web services)
• Experience in Machine Learning (e.g. Optimization) projects and Data Visualization Tools

VMware

• Experience in Virtualization, Enterprise LINUX and Windows
• Experience in Docker platform and Disaster Recovery environment design and operation
• Experience in developing automation scripts such as Linux Shell, PowerShell scripts, Python and Perl
