• Day-to-day support to APAC users' requests/queries in State Street Investor Management systems (IMS), including RKS, ESP, EDW, etc
• Bachelor’s Degree in finance, business or equivalent.
• Fluent in both written and spoken English; excellent communication skills.
• Willing to learn new things; hard-working style with commitment.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Accommodate ad-hoc flexible working hours when required.
• 1-3 years working experience in financial services or application supporting preferred.
• Experience in related IMS systems is a plus.
• Shift Work 06:00-14:30 Hangzhou Time Tuesday to Saturday
