Siemens Mobility is looking for a Technical Assistant to join their team based in Birmingham to provide support to the Infrastructure Access Management team in the administration of the UK infrastructure access team and management of on-trac / epic user setup / password resets and technical support for 1200 + users. What are your responsibilities? Diary Management and booking of meeting rooms for the Infrastructure Access Team. Organise National team meetings and arrange travel. Monitor compliance statistics for responsible manager and internal COSS assessments. Maintain compliance documentation. Collate national weekly whereabouts. Management of Infrastructure access teams recorded telephone handsets. Some travel around the UK is required for this role average 10%. What do you need? Communication skills – oral and written. Organizational skills. Relevant IT skills. Educated to Level 2 – GCSE grade or equivalent Preferred: Administration experience About us We’re Siemens.
