About the Role:
PSE leadership is seeking a motivated and enthusiastic individual to join the team as the Technical Assistant/Chief of Staff to the Vice President of PSE. The TA/CoS will be responsible for creating a productive and collaborative environment within a global cross-functional organization of over 2800 employees. This is a unique opportunity to partner closely with executives to gain leadership skills, participate in strategic discussions, and help to influence the future of the business.
Responsibilities:
The TA/CoS will need to be creative, strategically adept, detail-oriented, and experienced in making decisions independently in the best interest of the overall PSE organization. There are a wide range of activities inherent in this role and include, but are not limited to:
Driving and tracking corporate goals and strategic initiatives with PSE staff.
Content creation for internal and external communications including All Hands Open Forums, Face to Face meetings, Customer meetings, etc.
Driving initiatives to improve employee engagement, morale, and retention across the whole organization.
Identifying ways to develop leadership within the group in keeping with the organizational goals.
Fostering a culture of inclusion, diversity, and excellence within the organization.
Managing staff day to day activities (agendas, annual imperatives, strategic topics, biz/project updates, recognition).
Establishing the priorities for the VP's calendar in concert with the Admin team, taking into account organizational and cross-group schedules and commitments.
Providing clarification and issue resolution/escalation in support of the VP's organization.
Representing the VP in requested meetings, networking to facilitate collaboration across groups, and using networks to accomplish goals.
Skills:
Candidates should have demonstrated skills to create and drive strategies, work independently, and simultaneously manage diverse assignments while remaining organized and productive in a highly interrupt-driven environment.
Must possess well-developed skills to read the internal and external landscape, must have strong business acumen in order to understand, prioritize, and act on the many requests received.
Strong skills to influence and collaborate are a must in this position, as success will be measured by the proficiency to influence situations where no formal authority exists.
Skilled at identifying and optimizing areas of ongoing concern within the business (both structurally and operationally).
Excellent organizational and communications skills.
Must demonstrate strong leadership, teamwork, resourcefulness, and be trustworthy with sensitive information.
Qualifications
Relevant experience can be obtained through schoolwork, classes, project work, internships, and/or military experience. Preferred qualifications are in addition to the minimum requirements and are considered a plus factor in identifying top candidates.
Education
Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or related field.
Minimum Qualifications
8+ years of experience in a technology company.
Preferred Qualifications
MBA preferred, but not required.

Work Model for this Role
This role will be eligible for our hybrid work model which allows employees to split their time between working on-site at their assigned Intel site and off-site.
