What Responsibility will you have?

We are looking for a senior delivery manager for our AMO(Asset Management Operations) Technology group. AMO Technology function provides Technology services to the Fidelity International AMO business areas, supporting the key functions of Asset Valuation, Fund Accounting, Publishing, Trade Management Services, Corporate Actions, Performance & Investment Statistics, Vendor Relationship Management, Statutory Fund Documentation and Service Implementation.

The AMO business area is responsible for the operational processing of funds managed by Fidelity. The AMO organisation's primary focus is on providing high quality operational services to both the investment business and our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage the development and testing of globally aligned solutions using best of breed technologies
• Ensure alignment to global architecture vision and FIL technology best practices
• Partner with stakeholders, product owners, and scrum teams on user story sizing, facilitate the definition of Minimum Viable Product and lead on-going product backlogs refinement
• Partner with Agile Coach to ensure the development teams are embracing and practicing Agile Scrum principles
• Host project meetings with global participation, maintain project RAID log and prepare project status reports

  Skills & Requirements

• Experience in managing development teams across multiple locations and time-zones
• Experience in designing solution architecture and translating user stories (functional requirements) to solution design artefacts
• Managing project resources for multiple projects and ensure resources are effectively utilized
• Certified Scrum Master
• Excellent English communication and presentation skills both verbal and written
