- Preparing hardcopy for workshop manufacture drawings and part list, customer local manufacture drawings and part list.

- Preparing hardcopy of project documentations according to project contract.

- Coordinate the delivery of the documentations and drawings.

- Active communication, Clarify open points with the responsible person.

- Item master data and BOM maintenance in ERP-System from BIPO to SAP.

- Support the technical modification in SAP BOM.

- Take care the archiving room for project data archiving.  

- College Degree

- Medium written and spoken English

- Basic knowledge of ERP in manufacturing company.

- Familiar with printer/ computer/office skills

- Good communication skills

- Structured thinking and problem solving oriented approach

- Hard working and quick learning ability

- Ability to work independently

- Team work spirit
