Lenovo is expanding its ThinkReality engineering team and looking to hire Technical Delivery Lead for its AR Platform. In this role you’ll be supported by respective Engineering Managers, Architects, Engineering Leads, and Scrum Masters to ensure on-time and quality delivery of the product. This team is focused on building enterprise-grade applications and core platform services for commercially available Augmented Reality devices. Specifically, you’ll be leading the delivery of cloud hosted SaaS solution and SW stack that powers Lenovo ThinkReality’s Augmented Reality headset. The project and role are critical to transforming Lenovo from a preferred hardware supplier to a Solution-centric, innovation driven strategic partner. Responsibilities •As a Technical Delivery Lead, you will be at the helm of managing our business stakeholders and working closely with product owners and development partners to proactively track and unblock the development teams. •You will work closely with overall product release management teams to understand the timing of our HW & SW product releases from start to finish. You will conduct recurring meetings to understand the business priorities and the feasibility of technical delivery. •You’ll collaborate with Engineering Managers and Leads on key deliverable and dependencies activities to track progress toward established milestones. •Hold regular technical team meetings to determine progress and address any questions or challenges regarding projects. •Determine and define clear deliverables, roles and responsibilities for staff members required for specific projects or initiatives. •You’ll enable a collaborative project execution environment and promote teamwork between teams by laying out a clear schedule, resource allocation and loading, and key project metric tracking. •As overall Delivery Lead your ability to predict challenges and seek to proactively head-off obstacles with team communication facilitation would be crucial for project success. #### Position Requirements: Basic Requirements: •Master's degree in Project Management or related technical field required •10+ years of experience in account, project, and program management Preferred Requirements: •Solid experience with Agile delivery practices balanced with handling scope changes and aggressive timelines •Professional Project Management Certification from accredited intuition preferred. •Demonstrated understanding of Project Management processes, strategies, and methods. •Experience mentoring, coaching, and developing rising talent in the technology department. •Excellent time management and organizational skills and experience establishing guidelines in these areas for others. •Proficient in Jira and Confluence. •Advanced meeting facilitation skills. •Strong sense of personal accountability regarding decision-making and supervising complex projects and remote teams. •Excellent verbal and written communication skills for interacting with peers, management, and senior leadership, including creating meaningful presentations for executives.
