Technical Delivery Manager for IT Data, Analytics & Reporting

Are you looking for a unique opportunity to help deliver the next generation of compliance applications (Financial Crime, Monitoring & Surveillance, etc) powered by AI/ML?
We’re looking for someone like that to join the newly created IT Data, Analytics and Reporting (DAR) function in GCRG IT to manage the technical delivery team who support the Methodologies & Models (M&M) business.
• As Technical Delivery Manager, you have got front to back accountability for delivering the IT components of the advanced analytics solutions that the M&M business team is driving. You are also capable of acting as a Project Manager, leading one or several delivery projects.
• You will have oversight of the M&M applications and you will manage the related change delivery projects. Furthermore, you deliver third level product support in close collaboration with the production services team.
• You and your team will work closely with business and IT stakeholders, product management, product engineering and quality assurance teams globally to perform data analysis and data sourcing, data engineering, data preparation, infrastructure and software delivery, and developing web applications in order to support the advanced analytics use-cases led by the M&M business.
Your projects:
The current use-cases that the team are working on are: Audio Surveillance using Speech-to-Text and NLP, ML-driven Transaction Monitoring in US correspondent banking, Automated data-driven AML investigations in Switzerland, ML-driven Client Suitability assessment, Using ML to augment the supervisory review process. For all these use-cases the M&M business is working on the model components and IT's role is to enable their deployment on appropriate platforms as well as developing application components around the models (e.g. back-end/front-end web technologies, databases, integrations, etc) for the business to be able to leverage them
