职位概述：

1. 开发和管理从各种不同的设计理念转换可生产的产品, 也同時指导助理和初级工艺设计师.

3. 和设计师，销售，产品管理，采购和供应商密切合作，确保每个款式能准确的执行下去，同时按照季度产品开发进度来开发。工艺设计师可作为部门和公司内特殊项目和方案的资源。

岗位职责：

1. 对所有样衣的试身，测量和结构细节做评估.

2. 遵守WEISSMAN对工艺設計师的政策原则和标准来制作版单，包括公司的试身，推档，测量, 结构，品质和公差标准。

3. 启动并维护与供应商的日常沟通，以确保设计认可的原型的完整性，包括监控质量，回答任何技术问题，传达任何所需的变更。

4. 根据设计理念在IMS中创建工艺技术包，用AI 软件使用CAD的平面技术，创建结构细节图列，测量规格点 和WEISSMAN的推档规格和公差。确定何时应该将具有设计灵感的服装或纸板发送给供应商来开发。

5. 归档/组织所有技术包和样品，以便所有团队成员可以很方便的使用到。

6. 积极的与设计师，销售，采购，产品管理和质量团队合作來支持特殊项目和持续产品改进。

任职资格:

1. 要求有服装/纺织设计或者产品制造, 产品开发等相关学位.

2. 英语熟练,CET-6

3. 五年以上服装设计工艺经验，全面的了解服装设计和开发的从开始到生产过程.

4. 了解大货制版，推档，尺寸规格修正，纸板修正，成衣结构，缝纫，制图技术，测量和试身知识。

以及其他成衣测试和基本的产品成本相关知识.

5. 对开发和大货生产流程有充分的了解，包括針法/接缝种类，裁剪，标记制作和制造原理.

5. 较强的组织能力，高度的自我激励能力，并能快速适应不同的情况.

6. 有出色的书面表达能力，解决问题能力，决策能力，时间管理技巧，有稳步跟进手头各项事务的能力，并能成功应对多项紧急任务.

7. 精通电脑操作，精通Microsoft office 软件和AI 设计软件。有PDM/PLM 或者其他软件系统的经验的优先考虑

8. 有从事过跳舞装或者泳装类的针织服装经验者优先考虑.

9. 有从事过升华产品 (sublimated products) 的经验者优先考虑.

Position Summary:

1. Develop and manage styles from design concept to top of production.

2. Create tech packs to ensure our fit and quality standards are met consistently across styles, vendors and areas of business while maintaining design intent.

Duties & Responsibilities:

1. Evaluate all samples for fit, measurements and construction details to ensure all garments meet company standards and ensure products are developed in a manner consistent with manufacturer capabilities and cost specifications.

2. Follow policies, principles, and standards for Technical Design within Weissman, including company fit, grading, measuring, construction, quality and tolerance standards.

3. Initiate and maintain daily communication with vendors to ensure integrity of design-approved prototypes, including monitoring quality, responding to any technical questions, communicating any required changes.

4. Create technical packages in IMS based upon design concepts by using flat technical CADs in Adobe Illustrator, construction detail call-outs, point of measurement specifications and Weissman grade rules and tolerances.

5. File/organize all technical packages and samples so that they are easily accessible to all team members.

6. Fosters open communication and team environment with all business partners; receives constructive feedback professionally.

Qualifications:

1. Degree in Fashion (Apparel/Textile Design, Manufacturing, Prod. Dev.) required.

2. Strong in English skills. CET-6 or higher.

3. 5+ years of experience in an apparel technical design capacity, with a thorough understanding of the apparel design & development process from inception through production.

4. Knowledge of production pattern making, grading, spec revisions, pattern corrections, garment construction, sewing, technical drawing, measuring and fitting. Other relevant knowledge is garment testing and basics of product costing.

5. Strong understanding of development and production processes including stitch/seam types, cutting, marker making and manufacturing principles.

6. Strong organizational skills, highly self-motivated and able to quickly adapt to unique situations.

7. Computer Literate. Proficient in Microsoft Office programs and Adobe Illustrator. Preferred experience with PDM/PLM or other software based specification system.

8. Experience working with knit garments in dancewear or swimwear a plus.

9. Experience working with sublimated products a plus.
