• Principal Responsibilities:
• Assessment of customer requirements, conceptual design and specification of customized service solutions and modelling/costing/pricing of financial business cases
• Interface with strategic planning and commercial department to achieve business goals
• Ensure that technical standards and best practices are maintained across the organization
• Deliver technical audits, reliability enhancements and conduct commercial and marketing visits for new and existing accounts
• Act as technical lead on contract/tender proposals
• Establish a customer service and support process with responsibility for technical services
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of technology standards, industry trends, emerging technologies, and software development
• Develop, track, and control the development and deployment of annual operating and capital budgets for your department

• You will already have:
• Significant experience at senior level in Machine Tools Engineering
• Demonstrable ability to envision services that meet consumer needs and/or solve business problems
• Proven leadership ability and excellent people management skills
• Good verbal and written communication skills in English
