Our client is a US-based, Nasdaq-listed semiconductor company and a leading global supplier of advanced semiconductors for sophisticated electronics application within the portable, wireless, computing, consumer, networking, automotive, and industrial end-product markets. Worldwide, they employ over 9000 people and the company owns and operates eight design centers and eight manufacturing facilities located in the U.S., Europe and Asia. They woudl like to invite experienced and highly motivated and committed candidates to join them as Technical Director
Jobs Responsibilities
- Lead the integration of China technical resources and efforts to identify, prioritize and support customers' requirements from various levels and aspects
- Oversee and direct the implementation of technical aspect of China Strategic plan
- Acting as focal window to communicate and reflect to US about China technology trends and requirements
- Develop the system design team to provide full solutions to capture the market opportunities
- Promote the company's technology image via the participation in technical conference and papers
- On behalf of the company to participate and join local technical committee or working group in target segment.
- Represent China organization to participate in making corporate technology roadmap and other major technical activities
Jobs Requirements
- MSEE required, PhD preferred with 8+ years of experience in Analog IC designs. Working experiences in both local and multinational organizations
- Must have the hands-on ability to implement
- Familiar with managing Analog IC design team and Application team
- Fluent in English and Chinese. Must be able to communicate well with design teams globally
