The Job

• Client: A Property Developer
• Position: Technical Director - Structural
  
• Responsibilities:
  • Working under the Department Head and leading the Technical (Structural) team.
  • Manage design consultants on structural (foundation, piling, ELS works) designs to ensure compliance with building regulations and standards
  • Coordinate site work between internal / external parties to streamline the construction progress.
  • Site supervision and monitoring works of contractors.
• $1.5Mil basic p.a. plus housing/allowance, bonus, flight tickets

Requirements

• Degree holder in Civil / Structural Engineering
• Professional qualification; RPE, HKIE or equivalent
• 20 years experience in structural engineering gained with consultants / property developers for sizable projects
• Solid project (site) management experience in complete development cycle.
• Relevant experience in Macau (Resorts) / China (Mixed developments) highly preferred
• Excellent leadership skills
• Excellent command of Chinese and English
• Familiar with design software Etabs, SAFE will be an advantage
• Willing to station
