Job Description
Main tasks:
Supervisory Responsibilities:
Manages the activities of assigned region. Is responsible for the overall direction, coordination, and evaluation of assigned region(s) business operations. Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws. Responsibilities include interviewing, hiring, and training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems.
PROFILE:
- Develops and maintains operations business plans to include all program requirements, labor hours, cycle, production costs, and image, full P&L responsibility
- Provides input to the development of business strategy and research and development of new and emerging products within the automotive aftersales.
- Establishes quality control standards, develops budget and cost controls, and obtains data regarding types, quantities, specifications, and delivery dates of services ordered.
- Provides guidance to the development of process plan, including personnel requirements, material needs, subcontract requirements, facility needs, and tooling and equipment needs.
- Ensures all established costs, quality, and delivery commitments are met.
- Coordinates activities with all other functions of the organization and suppliers to obtain optimum utilization of human resources, machines, and equipment.
- Reviews operating reports and directs the resolution of operational problems to ensure minimum costs and prevent operational delays.
- Performs administrative activities associated with the effective management of operations, including compiling, storing, and retrieving production data for reports.
- Determines responsibilities of assigned organization and staff positions to accomplish business objectives.
- Trains and ensures all assigned employees are aware of and comply with company, government, and customer policies, procedures, and regulations.
- Processing of tenders and preparation of bids

PROFILE:
- Technical or commercial studies
- Profound technical understanding of cars and/or commercial vehicles
- Professional experience in automotive aftersales-business desirable
- Profound commercial skills for a result-oriented management of different profit centers
- Management experience
- Process-oriented, goal-oriented and pragmatic way of working
- Strong customer orientation and negotiation skills
- Assertive personality, diplomatic and team-oriented
- High sense of responsibility
- Willingness to travel
- Business fluent English skills
