We are seeking a new technical documentation manager to work with technical information inhouse with several of our most valued customers. Our customers are market leaders within their industries and have chosen Etteplan to supply their technical documentation. The position will handle both national and international projects for these clients.

Your main task and responsibilities include leading a team and producing technical user and service documentation. Your daily activities as a technology in-line consultant will usually take place within project teams.

Tasks:

• International company Documentation creation and maintenance.

• Planning and creating new products user documentation such as user manuals, application notes and quick guides in English and Chinese languages.
• Update and maintain existing products user documentation.
• Write, update and maintain online help and internet site content.
• Coordinate translators (contractors) work.
• Leading a project team.

Requirements:

• Fluent in English and Swedish, both written and verbal form.
• Experience in leading a project team.
• Ability to work independently on given tasks, make schedules and follow them.
• Show initiative, motivation, work systematically and goal-oriented.
• Experience of Adobe tool (e.g. Framemaker, illustrator, indesign, Robohelp).

• Work or study experience abroad or in an international company.

• Experience of testing and verification process of industrial products.

You are an experienced Technical Writing and have obtained relevant education for the position.

• Fluent in English and Chinese, both written and verbal form.
• Prefer you have experience working with automotive industry.
• You have strong leadership for managing a team
