Responsibilities

1. Responsible for all aspects of developing and maintaining technical documents, Quick Start Guides, and online help systems for Sierra Wireless products, including information gathering, interviewing subject matter experts, organizing material, writing, copy editing, proofreading, layout and design.2. Responsible for following Sierra Wireless’s technical writing standards, managing the review, approval, and storage of the documents you work on.

Requirements

1. Completion of post-secondary technical writing courses2. At least 2 years technical writing experience3. Excellent writing skills honed on technical subjects and an interest in applying new technologies4. Proficiency in FrameMaker, InDesign, WebWorks ePublisherPro5. Strong computer skills, including Mac experience6. Knowledge of graphic formats and experience working with printers an asset7. Superior oral and written English communication skills
