This is a Hong Kong IT professional service and post-sales role. The role is to work with local and regional business entity, to perform implementation, IT solutions support, maintenance, and enhancement activities including security, IT system and networking.

Description

Provide user implementation and support on issues relating the IT network and security system.
Work closely with both internal and external parties to deliver relevant professional service and post-sales support to the business.
Willing to learn and taking IT certification. 

Education and Experience Required:

• Bachelor Degree or above in Computer Science or other related discipline.
• Good IT knowledge –System/Network/Cloud. IT certificate such as CCNA, Firewall, Cloud or any related is a plus.
• Fast-paced and all-rounded talent is expected.
• Strong analytical skills are expected from this candidate.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Occasional travelling may be expected.
• 1 Year working experience.
