Ability to ramp-up and drive new embedded systems projects (with focus on firmware development and familiar with hardware related aspects as well). Firmware (FW) architecture know-how and embedded systems design patterns. Lead FW development activities with a focal point on quality. Familiar with Real Time Operating Systems. Solid skills in C, C++, firmware development and debugging. Ability to cooperate with project stakeholders (Project Coordinator, Product Owner, System Architects, System Testers). Experience in teams performing complete product development projects (hardware, firmware, testing). Comfortable with Agile development methodologies. Proficiency in English, both spoken and written. Ability to work in a team environment and provide cross-project support. Responsibilities: Bird's eye view on the project development from a technical perspective. Drives the continuous improvement of the development team. Analyzing and driving the implementation of new requirements. Contribution to firmware architectural specifications. Coordinate the support for the testing and production teams. Manage the relation with the System Integration team. Nice to have: Know-how on wireless communication protocols (BLE, ZigBee, Thread).
