The Technical Manager (TM) is primarily responsible for contribute as one member of the Technical Services Team. The Technical Services Team provide the resources, in alignment with company objectives, that is necessary to support the interactions with Swine/Poultry/Aqua/Dairy clients/prospects, demonstrating how Diamond V are the “Trusted Experts” and Solutions Provider of choice.

He/She will contribute strongly to the ongoing development and success of the Diamond V solution offering and product portfolio. He/She will also provide training for the local sales and customers.

Principal Accountabilities主要职责
1.40%The TM is responsible for ensuring the provision/delivery of all support to Sales Team and customers around the key areas of, but not limited to,

• Nutritional Formulation
• Additive support at customer level
• On-going training of our Sales/customers
• Farm management advice, training and trouble shooting
• Deployment and management of Solutions
• Animal Nutrition

It would be expected that the TM would have demonstrable expertise in Nutritional Formulation and Feed Additive use within a feed mill/Farm environment.

Other areas of responsibility:

• Champion DV proprietary software where relevant.
• Ensure that concepts and products are connected to customers and prospects systematically via conducting and supporting trials. He/she will ensure the data will translate into added value for our customer
• Ensures development, deployment and success of Proof of performances (POP) of solutions and product offering for the consumption of the sales team and clients.
• Communicate information on solutions and products effectively both orally as well as in written format to stake holders (ie. sales people, distributors, customers or colleagues).
• Suport the provision of marketing intelligence for better planning of the team
• Develop relationships with Veterinarians, Genetic Companies, Universities and other Stakeholders ensuring strong and reliable relationships are established to provide DV with business advantages and benefits

2.40%Strategic Relationship Development/Visibility

• The TM would be expected to establish, develop and maintain relationships at a senior technical level within the businesses of our predefined Key Accounts.

3.15%Collaboration with Strategic Marketing for SMT-led projects

• Ensure advancement of company’s value offering via introduction of well-thought out products that are innovative and market driven.
• Support the development and execution of company marketing plans

1.Minimum Required Qualifications最低要求

• Preferably a Phd (at least a M.Sc ) degree in Animal Science or Veterinary Medicine.
• At least 5 years technical experience in the field of Animal Nutrition gained while working with a leading agribusiness
• Proven experience in the related fields.
• Good experience of working and dealing with relevant stakeholders such as the commercial team, business partners, customers.
• Demonstrate ability to represent brand well via successful solutions offering and interaction to clients.
• Demonstrate ability to coach, train, and develop others.
• Demonstrate ability to read market needs and determine viablilty of products for internal use and external offering.
• Excellent reputation among peers in VN Animal Nutrition/production Industry
• Demonstrable Nutritional Formulation Skill sets
• Excellent communication & Presentation skills
• Excellent Technical know-how on production and management of at least one core area (Swine/Poultry/Aqua)
• Good ability to communicate in English at a proficient or advanced level
• Accurate reporting and processing data.
