JD for Technical Manager — circular weft-knitted textiles (based in Indonesia) for Dyeing & Finishing departments (Synthetic fabrics – polyester, acrylic, modal)

Responsibilities

• Report to head of Dyeing & Finishing department.
• Identify and Solve all production issues with related parties.
• Prepare production plans and ensure execution on target and productivity.
• Effective management of resource utilization/ allocation.
• Providing the knowhow including cost control, production plan, quality control, operations systems for continuous improvements.
• Cooperate with cross-functional departments on policies, guidelines and procedures.

Requirements

• Minimum 15 years solid working experience in manufacturing operation of textile mill.
• Over 10 years on dyeing & finishing of circular weft-knitted in synthetic fabrics - polyester, acrylic, modal.
• Experience in printing is preferred.
• Self-motivated and aggressive, Mature, high ethical manner, high responsibilities.
• Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Good interpersonal skills, self-motivated, Strong teamwork, and able to work under pressure and independently.
• Adequate knowledge and experience in production-related software/ systems (eg. ERP) is preferred.
• Proficiency in using MS office to create and read reports is preferred.
• Good communication skills in written and spoken English is preferred.

• Indonesia (stationed in the textile mill)
