Responsibilities:

• Work on 7 x 24 Shift
• Conduct customer’s network and server equipment surveillances, trouble shooting and maintenance
• Conduct remote configuration change and update documentation for customer’s network equipment
• Conduct adhoc and emergence changes on network equipment configuration when required
• Helpdesk support
• Coordinate with internal relevant parties and customers on activities related to service restoration, planned maintenance, drill or disaster recovery.

Requirement:

• Holder in High Certificate of Electronic Engineering, Computer Engineering, Information Technology or equivalent
• At least 1 years’ relevant experience in ICT implementation or maintenance support
• Knowledge on the Network Management tool is an advantage
• Knowledge in Router and switch, firewall
• Knowledge of server, desktop or networking equipment is preferred
• Good communication skills, with a mature and responsible manner
• Shelf-motivating and able to work under pressure
• Safety Card is required
• Proficiency in spoken and written in both Chinese and English
