Qualification

• Certificate in Building Services or equivalent;
• At least 2 years’ relevant working experience in property management is preferable;
• Register Electrical Worker Grade A or above is preferable;
• Good command of both written and spoken Chinese and English.
• Less experience will be considered as Assistant Technical Officer.

Job Duties

• To responsible for tender estimation, coordination and execution of maintenance contracts and maintenance work;
• To monitor and supervise contractors’ performance;
• To prepare works order and report;
• To maintain records for building facilities and maintenance of estate.
• To co-ordinate site works with contractors, managing agent and occupiers;
• To handle and resolve occupiers’ queries in relation to technical issues; and
• To perform other technical duties as directed.
