• Degree in any discipline of Building Surveying, Building Services Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or equivalent; 
• A minimum of 4 years of project management and maintenance experience, preferably in consultant firm or property management company;
• Holder of Certificate of Registration of Electrical Worker and Registered Minor Works Contractor (Class III) will be an advantage;
• Responsible for providing daily maintenance service, monitoring work progress, tender & quotation, etc.;

• Remuneration will be in commensurate with qualifications and experience. Fringe benefits include birthday leave, 14 weeks paternity leave, full attendance leave, powdered milk allowance, training allowance, medical allowance and other special leave.
