The Job

• Provide technical support services for Urban Renewal Authority’s subsidy schemes; 
• Consolidate supervisors’ comments on the reports submitted by the stakeholders (e.g. Independent Building Surveyor Consultants and Owners’ Organisation) and liaise with the stakeholders for follow-up work; 
• Prepare the materials for Supervisors to respond to the queries and concerns raised by the stakeholders; and  
• Prepare a database on rehabilitation projects, relevant documentation and reports. 

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in building / construction and  
• Minimum 4 years relevant working experience. 

The employee will be entitled to an Incentive Bonus & Medical Allowance.
