Key Responsibilities:

• Responsible for planning and supervising day-to-day repair, maintenance, fitting-out and engineering works.
• Liaise and coordinate with internal team and contractors/suppliers to follow up repair and maintenance work.
• Monitor and review the service standard of contractors, and report any issues. 
• Handle quotation sourcing, cost estimates, materials procurement, projects scheduling, and order completion records. 
• Perform administrative support and ad hoc tasks as required. 

Requirements:

• Diploma/Certificate in Mechanical/Electrical/Building Services Engineering or equivalent.  
• 1 to 2 years support experience in HVAC/environmental/green projects is advantageous, and fresh graduates will be considered.
• Good command of Chinese and English.
• Proficiency in MS office application including Chinese word-processing. Knowledge in AutoCAD and Microsoft Project is preferable.
• Immediately available is preferred.
