• Client: A Property Developer
• Position: Technical Officer / Building Engineer
• Responsibilities: To assist the Manager in maintenance and renovation projects for a portfolio of retail and residential properties - carry out condition survey, monitor repair & maintenance works of contractors, works inspection.
• $20-35K. 5-day, medical, bonus

Requirements

• Tertiary educated in Building Studies or related discipline
• Min. 2 years experience in maintenance / renovation / A&A projects for building works
• Good experience in handling spalling and seepage
• Large-scale renovation project experience will be an advantage.
• Good command of languages
