• Client: A local Property Owner and Investor
• Position: Technical Officer
• Responsibilities: The position will assist the Property Manager and responsible for managing the repair & maintenance works for a portfolio of commercial, retail properties and a few residential buildings located on Island side. Coordinate with property management company on building services system maintenance & upgrade projects.
• $20-32K (Negotiable). 5-day. Medical, Bonus

Requirements

• Tertiary educated in Building Services / Electrical / Mechanical Engineering
• 4-8 years experience in properties maintenance
• Good technical experience in building services systems, esp HVAC
