Responsibilities:

• Develop new formulation for toy compound products
• Research in the use of new raw materials to enhance product functions
• Create BOM / cost analysis of new products
• Create production protocols for new formulation
• Lead members of Chemistry Laboratory at our China factory

Requirements:

• Bachelor or above in Chemistry
• Minimum 2 years work experience, preferably in polymer chemistry
• Conversant with MS Word & Excel. Ability to use Chinese word processing is a must
• Experienced in using ERP system
• Good command in both written English and Chinese. Skillful in spoken
• Cantonese and Mandarin
• Able to prioritize tasks, analyze problems and work to resolve problems
• Eager to learn and enjoy a teamwork environment

*Travelling to China will be required.
