Product Manager - Technical Product Manager for Construction

Position Overview

Bentley Systems is seeking a Technical Product Manager to become a valued member of our successful Construction product software team located in our Vilnius, LT office.  You will have the primary responsibility for delivering products that meet customer needs and achieve quality, usage and revenue goals. 

The ideal candidate is customer-oriented with great product management and communication skills. This position is highly cross-functional working closely with UX, Development and Business teams. You will need the ability to successfully manage cross-functional teams, understand what is needed to successfully build products with the technical teams while representing the voice of the customer.  You must be able to work independently and have a history of successful product implementations.  You will leverage your technical skills and industry background to influence Bentley's rapidly growing SaaS and mobile offerings for the architecture, engineering and construction (AEC) market.

 Responsibilities

• Manage overall Product backlog and priorities for SaaS products/services
• Meet with Stakeholders to define new requirements and review product feedback
• Review Product Usage reports and Feature Usage reports as part of feedback loop
• Identify, analyze, and interpret trends or patterns in complex data sets
• Work with management to prioritize business and information needs
• Manage features and acceptance criteria in Azure DevOps backlog (create, review, approve new features)
• Collaborate with Development Lead and development team to plan iterations and perform further work item breakdown as necessary
• Participate and provide input to Iteration Review meetings, including demos of new functionality to external stakeholders
• Cost management - Perform cost estimates and monitor overall Azure cost usage reports for the product

Requirements

• BS degree in Engineering, Computer Science or closely related field
• Minimum 2 years work experience as a product manager or engineer
• Knowledge of the construction industry highly preferred
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy
• Adept at queries, report writing and presenting findings
