External Manufacturing Production team (EMP) is a department within Global External Manufacturing and Sourcing (GEMS) chartered with enabling world class collaboration and execution with our 3rd party Foundry, Assembly and Test suppliers.
EMP seeks a dynamic Technical Program Manager for, but not limited to:
Overseeing and driving HVP (High Value problems) and taskforces across EMP.
Ability to partner with cross functional teams to help driving analysis across technology, finance, commercial
Analyze technical data from issues, initiatives in support of Engineering and Operations teams as needed to assist in key product execution, yield gaps etc. Effectively communicate and interact within EMP and BU engineering
Work with Leadership team to develop KPI/OKRs and manage execution
Partner with infrastructure team to develop automated dashboards, standard presentation templates and support executive presentation preparation for GEMS, GSC and ELT management as needed.
Understanding GEMS, and EMP positions on important issues, and advocating fearlessly in public forums
Partner with Chief of Staff and team members to Identify opportunities to improve team efficiency, work methods, and operationalize KPI reporting and presentations

Qualifications
Candidate must hold a Bachelors, Masters or Ph.D. in Engineering or related field.
15+ years of experience in the semiconductor industry
5 + years of relevant experience in external foundry, OSAT, or Intel Manufacturing or Research and Development or SoC Design experience, business operations, team facilitation, or executive communication.
Preferred Qualifications
MBA preferred
Demonstrated familiarity with Intel Business Unit organizations and product roadmap for CPU, XPU product lines.
Deep knowledge of external foundry or OSAT manufacturing and engineering, Fabless foundry and OSAT operations and roadmap

Annual Salary Range for jobs which could be performed in US, Colorado:
$149,430.00-$261,690.00

Work Model for this Role
This role will be eligible for our hybrid work model which allows employees to split their time between working on-site at their assigned Intel site and off-site.
