This program management role drives security, privacy, and Red Team requirements per Intel's Security Development Lifecycle (SDL). This function has proven experience serving in technical program management, spearheading vital security and privacy initiatives.
The role requires operating within the Intel Product Assurance Security (IPAS) Recipe book. It oversees, coordinates, and tracks various SDL requirements phases to ensure security and privacy throughout the product lifecycle. This function brings visibility to milestones, dependencies, mitigations, and status that comprise the SDL requirements.
This role aims to establish and build trust in Intel products via security IPs using the Security Development Lifecycle (SDL) to help drive high-quality security outcomes for Intel's products. It also influences continuous improvements by evaluating the SDL process and rollout of best practices.
Key Roles and Responsibilities of the role include:
- Drive and track milestones for IPAS Security Recipe Book.
- Aid Red Team members in executing Hackathon activities.
- Partner with Security Privacy Leaders (SPLs) and other Security Engineers in leading SDL quality execution through reviews, assessments, and random checkpoints.
- Monitor SDL Health indicators and ensure issues are resolved timely.
- Collaborate with the Product Security Incident Response Team (PSIRT).
- Become familiar with Intel's Security Development Lifecycle, threat modeling, mitigation strategies, and security assurance practices.
- Identify Risks and Scope Changes; leads the team to develop mitigation strategies and facilitate stakeholder involvement in developing these mitigation strategies to minimize repercussions to the program schedule.
- Ability to work autonomously with minimal supervision
- Willingness to take on projects as assigned and flexibility to support potential changes in priorities.
- Work towards becoming a subject matter professional for guidance and support on product security and privacy requirements such as assuming Security Champion responsibilities as required.

- Significant experience in managing relationships with various cross-functional roles and responsibilities.
- Demonstrate strong communication skills (written and oral), including the ability to present to large audiences throughout an organization effectively.
Qualifications
You must possess the below minimum qualifications to be initially considered for this position. Preferred qualifications are in addition to the minimum requirements and are considered a plus factor in identifying top candidates. Experience listed below would be obtained through a combination of your school work/classes/research and/or relevant previous job and/or internship experiences.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Candidate must posses a BS degree in engineering, information security or related field OR 4+yrs of relevant experience in lieu of degree.
- Security certifications
- Proven experience serving in a technical program management capacity handling multiple initiatives.
- Proven track record of success facilitating collaborative decision making and product security and privacy involving managers and directors.
- Ability to create dashboards and manage multi-level projects.
- Candidate must have unrestricted permanent right to work in Costa Rica.
- Advanced English level.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in Silicon Lifecycle Management (SLM).
- Experience supporting a Security Team such as a Red Team, Blue Team, or Purple Team.

Work Model for this Role
This role will be eligible for our hybrid work model which allows employees to split their time between working on-site at their assigned Intel site and off-site.
