Custom Logic Engineering (CLE) group is seeking a disciplined and collaborative Technical Program Manager to lead Core Teams for CLE FPGA/ASIC/SASIC programs.

As a Technical Program Manager, you will:

  • Plan and managing assigned CLE programs, drive scope/value/resource requirements, setting project goals and schedules bringing together project teams, and driving the delivery of products to our customers.
  • Lead core team and work with Engineers, Marketing, Product Planning, and Operations leads to drive programs from initiation to productization.
  • Work with Partner organizations to establish project plans, success criteria, and integrated work-schedules.
  • Drive, implement, and maintain best in class program management processes and methodologies that drive overall CLE and wider Programmable Solutions Group (PSG) efficiency.
  • Oversee end-to-end execution for assigned programs, including risk management, issue/conflict resolution, and dependency management.
  • Manage relationships, communication, negotiation with stakeholders both internally and externally.


Qualifications

Education Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical or Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Math, Physics, or related field with 4+ years of industry work experience, or
  • Master's degree in Electrical or Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Math, Physics, or related field with 3+ years of industry work experience, or
  • PhD in Electrical or Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Math, Physics, or related field.


Minimum Qualifications

5+ years of experience in program/project management with a strong record of customer/stakeholder delivery.

Preferred Qualifications
Project Management Certification (PMP).

Annual Salary Range for jobs which could be performed in US, Colorado:
$113,210.00-$187,350.00

Work Model for this Role

This role is available as fully home-based and generally would require you to attend Intel sites only occasionally based on business need.
