As a Technical Program Manager, you will be chartered to lead, coordinate, and drive cross-functional efforts in addressing Intel Programmable Solutions Group's (PSG) business and technical needs. You will be working to strategically drive PSG's top customer engagements, tactically drive product roll out deliverables and manage critical customer global issues to resolution. This will provide opportunities for broad internal and external exposure while delivering huge return to Intel and the worldwide customer base.

The successful candidate will be expected to drive program schedules, comprehend internal and external challenges, assess risks and identify solutions to efficiently achieve program goals while maintaining quality standards. Effective communication to a broad range of stakeholders will be vital in the role. The candidate should also understand the technical concepts, development methods, and disciplines associated with the defined programs and applies the knowledge to successfully drive programs. Qualifications

Relevant experience can be obtained through schoolwork, classes, project work, internships, and/or military experience. Preferred qualifications are in addition to the minimum requirements and are considered a plus factor in identifying top candidates.

Education

Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or related field

Minimum Qualifications

8+ years of relevant experience, experience should include one (or more) of the following:

  • Technical experience in Semiconductor, FPGA, ASIC, CPU, GPU, EDA, or related field(s).

  • Technical Project Management Experience (e.g. strong stakeholder
    management, communications management and program risk management).

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in one or more of the following is considered a plus

  • PMI PMP (Project Management Professional) accreditation.

  • FPGA design (FPGA design tools (Quartus and Vivado).

  • System design experience using FPGA in end applications.

Work Model for this Role

This role will be eligible for our hybrid work model which allows employees to split their time between working on-site at their assigned Intel site and off-site.
