As a key member of the Graphics SW PACE Team you will play a direct role in Intel's journey to revolutionize computing by closely collaborating with internal and external partners to empower our team to perform at their full potential, while promoting pride in our organization, community, and contributions to Intel's innovation engine. As a technical program manager aka Program Management Analyst within Intel, you will be tasked with helping to establish and maintain planning, tracking, and indicator systems for AXG programs with the goal of improving long term visibility and predictability and enabling data driven decision making Intel-wide.


Roles and Responsibilities include:

  • Implement and maintain project management systems, tracking progress against plans, develop and publish metrics and dashboards

  • Perform analysis in the areas of critical chain project management, resource optimization, efficiency, technical indicators, and risk management

  • Work independently with the first line through senior AXG management to provide regular analysis and recommendations in all aspects of project management

  • Proven analytical skills

  • Ability to communicate across all levels of management

  • Demonstrated problem solving skills

Qualifications

You must possess the below minimum qualifications to be initially considered for this position. Preferred qualifications are in addition to the minimum requirements and are considered a plus factor in identifying top candidates.

Minimum Qualifications:

Candidate must possess a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Electrical Engineering or Computer Science with 4+ years of industry experience OR a Master's Degree with 3+ years of industry experience in:

  • Project management processes

  • Project management software

  • 3+ years experience with Excel


Preferred Qualifications:

  • Critical Chain management

  • Advanced MSP with Pro Chain Skills

  • Jira Experience

  • Power BI usage

Work Model for this Role

This role will be eligible for our hybrid work model which allows employees to split their time between working on-site at their assigned Intel site and off-site.
