• Manage the stakeholders at different levels.
• Hands-on managing the tech areas of multiple key projects.

Who you are

• You are a people person having 10+ years of experience leading the tech implementation of complex projects involving multiple stakeholders. Ideally you come with engineering background and know or love to learn more about the modern tech, such as public cloud, microservices, React JS/Native, AEM, API management etc…
• You know both sides of the world well, traditional project management and Agile.
• PMP, JIRA, Kanban Board, Retro ,TDD, Pair programming, etc sound familiar to you.
• You care about developing people as a leader.
• You want to create values.
• You understand the culture change is tough and have the GRIT.
