This exciting role offers opportunity to: Lead and Drive the R&D team (EE, ME,FW,SW,COM, Thermal, ID,GD,Safety,EMC, Layout, DQE) to achieve project goals Organize and coordinate the R&D team to work our proposal for new products, including (specification, schedule and cost) Plan and manage the tasks and plans of the R&D team in the project Organize R&D team to assess risks, coordinate conflicts, and confirm solutions. Host technical seminars and manage the design progress to achieve the progress goals set by the project. Qualifications Bachelor degree Power management product development experience (UPS preferred) Familiar with the process of new product development Good communication, project management skill Yes!
