About Role:
Technical Project Management(TPM) is a important role in storage development
team to ensure the project can launch on schedule. Drive, HDD/SSD, is the most
important component in storage product. This position will play the role of
drive TPM:
• Follow drive roadmap with dirve vendors
• Follow drive roadmap with OEM partner
• Manage drive vendors, build the relationship, work wiht drive vendors to
deliver all technical spec, FW and part number
• Develop drive planning for storage projects
• Develop EOL and 2nd source plan for storage projects
• Co-work with drive engineer and internal development team to ensure drive
support align with storage project launch schedule
Position Requirements:
• Fluent English speaking ability
• Basic external storage knowledge
• 3~5 years project management experience
• Aggressive mindset and optimistic personality
• Responsible and open-minded
• Well communication and coordination skill
