Based at Plansee Shanghai High Performance Materials (PSH) as a project manager, you ensure product and process development as well as the technical support for the project.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate development and localization activities and verify milestones achievement as well as targets (timing, quality, cost)

• Part of the R&D team with close collaboration and frequent on-site present at partners and customers

• Lead product development projects in close cooperation with internal experts as well as the customer's engineering teams

• Process set up, control and documentation of all implemented items and the training of the local staff in PSH

• Responsible for budget and the observance of costs and expenses in your projects

• Support sales and customers in all technical topics

• Other tasks assigned by the head of development

Quality & Background

• Bachelor degree in Mechanical or related

• Over 5 years' working experience in project development, prefer the consumer electronic industry

• Proven tracks of successful project management, mainly in technical part

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Chinese

• Able to manage several requests and projects at once

• Able to work collaboratively across multiple groups or functions in an intercultural environment

• Willing to travel

• Work under the pressure according to the project requirements
