Responsibility:

• Work as primary interface of server project technical manager from new
product kickoff of the NPI phase to sustaining to end of life planning, and
communicate with each function teams from development to delivery.

• Collaborate with internal and external engineering team to drive development
activities and deliverables.

• Host weekly team meeting and advocate on behalf of system development team
to ensure high degree of customer satisfaction.

* Be the overall development team representative to interlock with marketing, supply chain, quality, and service for schedule/cost/quality to meet time-to-market requirements from pre-concept phase to product launch.

• Constant communicate for design /cost /schedule /quality matter and issues
through product lifecycle.  Assist the team to for escalation to obtain upper
management and cross-functional team support.

#### Position Requirements:


• Excellent written and verbal communication skills; Fluent in English.

• Bachelor's or Master's degree Engineering, Computer Sciences, or equivalent

• Minimum 5 years' experience

• Extensive experience with using project and program planning tools and
software packages to create, manage, and track project results.

• Excellent analytical and problem solving skills.

• Demonstrated business acumen and successful experience managing all aspects
of programs, including communicating with stakeholders and directing matrixed
teams and resources.

• Ability to effectively communicate program plans, proposals, and results,
and negotiate options at senior management levels.
PMP/PMI certification preferred
