#### Position Description:


1\. Manage and Run the Weekly Technical execution meeting
2\. Plan, manage, and control development schedule, Expense and Capital budget
and requirements,
3\. Coordinate required cross functional Resources to execute program
requirements
4\. Main interface with Storage Partners, vendors and suppliers to maintain
positive relationships with the project teams to ensure high efficiency
execution.
5\. Support and work with ODT Lead to execute, manage and communicate all
Program Management Milestone check point deliverables and all PCRs.
6\. Monitor and report progress to the management team and key stakeholders.

#### Position Requirements:


1\. Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
2\. Ability to lead and collaborate with virtual teams located in multiple
countries
3\. Draw on experience to anticipate future issues based on decisions made
today – clear understanding of the critical path and dependencies that can
impact the critical path
4\. Strong presentation, reporting and communication skills. – Understanding
what needs to presented to whom and when it’s critical to communicate
5\. Proven Leadership skills with a deep technical team and vendor
relationships – ability to identify when to dig deeper into background or
underlying message you’re receiving.  Ability to identify and leverage the
technical experts in support of digging deeper.
6\. Proven ability to manage schedule, budgets, resources and ability to
escalate issues when appropriate. (Plan/outlook/actual)
7\. Certified Project Management Professional (PMI-PMP) / Agile Certified
Practitioner (PMI-ACP) / SAFe Agilist / Any Advanced SCRUM certification radd
SW items is a plus.
8\. Storage knowledge  (i.e. Direct-attach/SAN/NAS Access Technologies,
Storage IO Protocols-FC/SCSI/SAS/NVME over Fabric, and Storage Controllers-
JBOD/EBOD/RBOD) is a plus
9\. Good English speaking and listening ability
