In this position, you are expected to lead your team members on one or more of the following R&D and management areas to provide cutting edge solutions or core technologies for Intelligence Global Services. At this senior management level, you are required to have an overall understanding of corporate AI landscape and set visions/roadmaps in its directions with senior members of the team, support global services team achieve customer satisfaction with AI technology #### Position Requirements: 8+ years of experience, master and above degree, implementation of global artificial intelligence or machine learning projects, or experience in leading data scientist organizations, capable of large-scale project management and cross-regional country team management. Strong leadership and communication skills, able to cultivate machine learning scientists through hiring, mentoring /growth, and continuously challenge but obtain continuous and firm support, building a strong team and deliver solid results. Basic Qualifications: \-    Promote AI culture, capabilities, and distill AI/Growth/Design Thinking mindset across the team. \-     Machine Learning – Deep learning R&D, computer science, mathematics, physics, or other related fields. \-     Natural Language Processing (entity recognition, categorization, text embedding, etc.) \-     Designing and implementing global projects. \-     Large amount of data analysis and iteration ability.
