About Role: This position is the Hardware Technical Project Manager for Lenovo BMC, Security module, which will be integrated into our Sever and IoT product design as Lenovo ISG common solution. This individual will be working with the team’s engineers and other cross functional teams from internal Project teams, Chipset vendors, Manufacturing, Supply Chain and other teams to execute the building block solution from concept to release and eventually to end of life. The TPM will own and report status to the manager, Director and to executive levels. #### Position Requirements: • BMC and Security module hardware knowledge is preferred. • Plan, manage Development schedule, Expense and Capital budget and requirements, • Main interface with BMC and Security module partners and suppliers to maintain positive relationships with the engineer and project teams to ensure high efficiency execution. • BMC and Security module HW Development Representative on the Project Team, to execute, manage and communicate all Program Management Milestone check point deliverable. • Monitor and report progress to the management team, and key stakeholders. • Need to understand that schedule and budget commitments are non-breakable We are an Equal Opportunity Employer and do not discriminate against any employee or applicant for employment because of race, color, sex, age, religion, sexual orientation, gender identity, status as a veteran, and basis of disability or any federal, state, or local protected class.
