What you'll do: Lenovo is looking to hire Cellular Certification Project Manager in the Strategic Technology team of the PC and Smart Devices group. The Strategic Technology team is an international group of technical leaders who are experts in specific fields most needed to make our devices successful around the world. As part of the Cellular Certification team, you will be responsible for planning and driving certification of Lenovo connected devices with various cellular carriers. While primarily focused on US carriers, the position will involve understanding requirements from many other carriers as well. This role is based in our Morrisville, NC headquarters, although requires interaction with our global development and engineering teams in China, Japan, and Taiwan in addition to US-based marketing and technical teams. Remote work and work-from-home will be considered. Time flexibility to communicate with global teams is essential. #### Position Requirements: \--- Basic Qualifications --- • 5+ years of connected device development and/or cellular certification experience • 3+ years of project management experience with a proven track record for developing and delivering on schedule • Experience managing cellular testing and negotiating results with cellular carriers \--- Preferred Qualification --- • Sufficient technical knowledge of PC architecture, subsystems, and operating systems to troubleshoot issues with prototype systems. • Strong written and oral communication skills (English) • Preference will be given for Japanese or Chinese language skills Why Lenovo?
