About The Role:

Within our RWS Tridion NASA Professional Services department we are looking for a Project Manager who is hardworking, resourceful, fun, friendly and passionate about what they do.  

The Technical Project Manager – Professional Services will ensure execution and delivery of project objectives in compliance with the Statement of Work, with emphasis on the following Project Management Measurements: Scope, Time, Cost, Quality, and Performance.

We are looking for a Technical Project Manager – Professional Services, who demonstrates the following skills and experience:

• Management of client-facing technical and non-technical projects (including initiating, planning, implementing, closing, managing resources, cost/schedule control, reporting).
• Manage / Setup of global resource plan and communication models across client and internal organization.
• Identify and implement change management in response to business drivers.
• Define and manage the project success criteria and develop risk and mitigation plans.
• Communicate progress against objectives of the project to all stakeholders.
• Manage conflicts and escalations that arise as part of project delivery 
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of our PMO by promoting best practices and seeking opportunities for optimization in collaboration with other project managers.
• Develop and manage relationships and expectations with the client and internal executive stakeholders.
• Manage project budget, forecasts, and report on cost variances against project budget.
• Coordinate with internal Technical Consultants, Engineering, Customer success directors, and Operations teams as required to successfully deliver the project and ensure high Customer Satisfaction.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree (in Business Administration/MIS, Computer Science or Engineering) or equivalent years of experience.
• 3+ years of experience with client-facing projects at the mid to senior level
• 3+ years of experience working with mid- to senior-level client stakeholders to understand the motivation, timeframe and acceptable level of effort for tasks.
• Possess exceptional leadership skills.
• Demonstrate strong relationship management, both internally and externally. As part of this you should be able to understand how to motivate your team and influence decisions.
• Display a dependable, strong work ethic.
• Takes ownership for projects and accepts responsibility
• Able to work in a fast-paced professional services environment.
• Must be an independent self-starter who thrives in an evolving complex environment.
• Preferred 2+ years of experience with either Structured Content systems or Digital (Web) experience projects.
• Preferred experience with Microsoft Office Suite, MS Teams, Microsoft Project and Atlassian Jira / Tempo Systems. 

Certifications

• Desired but not required: PMP certification, Certified Scrum Master, or Prince II certification.
