We are looking for a Technical Project Manager to join our team and provide support to third parties with integrations through API, upkeep the company`s Github repositories and maintain community of developers.

Responsibilities
• Provide technical support to third parties with integrations through API and SDK.
• Work with third parties to develop and implement integrations.
• Test and troubleshoot integration issues.
• Maintain and update API documentation.
• Improve the company APIs, SDKs and plug-ins together with Product and Dev teams, make demos.
• Upkeep the company`s developer forum, developer community on Discord, and Github repositories.

Qualifications
• Bachelor's or higher degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field
• 3+ years of experience in technical project management
• Fluent English is a must have. Conversational Chinese is a plus.
• Good knowledge and experience with JavaScript. Experience with other programming languages is a plus.
• Understanding of API, SDK and Plug-in integrations.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Based in Shanghai
