Job Description


  • The PM creates the project development order.

  • Creates the description of the offer.

  • Coordinates the creation of the design specification and the specifications.
  • Determines the resource requirements in coordination with the Spm.
  • Coordinates the subproject schedules of the sPM and creates an overall project plan from the delivered subproject plans.
  • Assigns the necessary main activities to the sPM.
  • Coordinates the cross-subproject processes.
  • Coordinates with other units, for example Prototyping, Plant, is the operative customer interface (clarifications, making of agreements, reports, etc.).
  • Tracks cross-subproject deadlines, costs, quality and functionality in development.
  • Creates and maintains the overall project metrics.
  •  Coordinates and tracks the project progress.
  •  Creates the overall project report and forwards information.
  •  Coordinates the realization of the requirements by the team according to the development process.
  • Plans and tracks the activities resulting from change requests.
  •  Coordinates the risk management activities in the project and keeps track of the derived actions.


  • Engineering degree in Electrical or Computer Science(Software).
  • Min. 3 years of working experience in project management with strong emphasis on product development preferably in embedded electronics/software domain.
  • Requirement management, Product development, Experience with direct customers contact, basic know-how in embedded electronics solution, strongly preferable automotive ECUs.
  • Fluent in both oral and written English
  • Experience in Automotive industry is preferred
